FOR MENTAL FATIGUE AS TONIC
Mix 4 drops of Rosemary, 4 drops of Pine, 5 drops of Orange and 3 drops of Thyme in 100gr of Almond oil or 100gr of your body lotion and use it for massage.
FOR RELAXATION OF NERVOUS STRESS
Mix 6 drops of Lavender, 4 drops of Juniper, 6 drops of Orange in 100gr of Almond, Jojoba or Olive oil and massage shoulders to relax your body. Drip the same mixture in the essential oil’s evaporator with water to enjoy the total relaxation of your senses.
TONIC HAIR
Mix 10 drops of Sage, 10 drops of Rosemary and 10 drops of Laurel in 50ml of Almond oil. Drip 6 drops from this mixture in 100gr of your shampoo or conditioner for everyday use.
ORANGE PEEL EFFECT
Mix 5 drops of Cypress, 6 drops of Juniper, 3 drops of Rosemary and 2 drops of Lavender in 100gr of Almond oil or 200gr of your body lotion. Massage skin with circular movements.
